Job applicant data is stored for up to 6 months unless employment is offered, in which case it becomes part of the staff record.

TEduNet AI uses Google's Gemini API to generate answers. Under Google's Gemini API terms, Google does not use students' conversations to improve its products, but keeps them for a limited time to detect misuse of its service. We keep conversations for 3 months, then delete them.

All staff and tutors undergo vetting procedures and are trained to handle student data appropriately. Any concerns are escalated through designated safeguarding channels.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or data practices. The most recent version will always be published on our website.
